Now that you have set a few objectives for the near future, ensure that your wellbeing will support you to achieve them. 

Wellbeing will contribute to achieving the objectives set by yourself. How is your wellbeing in the areas of physical, emotional, social and intellectual aspects? What could you do to support your goals in life? What do you wish to hold? What should you change or give up or kick the habit?
