    Course includes a Laboratory Exercise

    In the laboratory exercises the students will learn about wet end chemistry + retention at a paper/board mill water system. A short written report will be made of the experiments reflecting also relevant literature. More detailed instructions on the laboratory exercise will be given later by Dr. Eero Hiltunen (eero.hiltunen(at)aalto.fi). The laboratory exercise will constitute 1/3 of the final grade (2/3 is based on the exam).
