  • What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
    See the FAQs below.
How do I apply for RPL?

Here is a snapshot view of the RPL process for English.

    • This document will guide you through a self-assessment of your prior learning of English. The aim of the self-assessment is to try to determine whether your prior learning of English is equivalent to the knowledge and skills of an undergraduate English course. In a recognition of prior learnig (RPL) process, you are required to present direct and indirect evidence of the prior learning of English as outlined in the self-assessment. In short, what you say about your English knowledge and skills must be supported by evidence, which requires gathering third-party sources. For details, see Part A: Self-assessment. After completing your self-assessment, register in WebOodi and schedule an appointment (MyCourses > Assignments). The purpose of the optional appointment is to clarify any questions you may have related to this process.

    • Not familiar with MyCourses? Here's a useful tip: It's easier to navigate a course when the side bar is activated. See the attached instructions.
