      An example what a community of students (Prodeko Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management), faculty at the department, and alumnii can do to improve well-being. In addition to "Prodeko Values", there are study well-being training for all freshmen organised by the guild and peer students.

It is based on the "Constructive Alignment" theory developed by Prof. John Biggs.
