Power of Self-compassion
Topic outline
-
In this folder you will find the weekly exercises, which you can do at home. If you want to obtain the demonstrated benefits of mindfulness, these exercises should be performed for about half an hour every day. You may, however, plan the exercises according to your own goals. We recommend performing the exercises in the order given.
We wish you many engaging moments with your exercises!

Here you can test your current level of self-compassion. Watch the video as well!

The goal of the first week is to get acquainted with what self-compassion means and to learn the basics of mindfulness exercise. The purpose of the exercise Suspending the Everyday is to learn to pause and to notice how you are doing. Conscious observation of your inner self helps you to recognise your own needs. Taking your own needs seriously is kindness towards yourself.
