    Learning Outcome: 

    Learn to generate and present topics of Design Impact areas and possible future projects. 

    To understand fundamentals of Visual communication design, data transformation, and presentation.

    Learn to create (information) visualization as a tool for observation, self-reflection & communication. 

    Learn to utilize the strength of visuals as a tool for design research and creating insight into larger-scale issues, while reflecting on students' own interest areas and professional journey.

    Workload:

    The course consists of lectures, in-class exercises, Weekly learning assignments, and a Design Project with a focus on Design Impact, which will be presented during the last session.

    Evaluations:

    The evaluation of the course is based on attendance, participation in class, student’s overall performance, and overall learning throughout the course.
