Project report, yeast part Assignment
Write the report individually, make sure that everyone has the lab notes available. Length of the report is max. 2000 words, including figure legends.
The report must include:
- The aim(s) + short rationale of the experiments = introduction of the experiment
- The results
- Conclusions/Discussion: interpretation of the results and comparing the results with some of the existing information on antibody productionRefer to at least two scientific publications in the report (Introduction and/or Conclusion)
Do not include the experimental methods, i.e. so called "Materials and methods" section.
In addition, the report must contain appropriate figures/graphs (at least two figures/graphs) with correctly written figure legends in the Results section. Take time to create informative figures and figure texts. Think carefully which figures you want to present in the report. -
