      In this exercise the focus is on Pub/Sub programming. You will be subscribing to LiDAR and Odometry data, and publishing velocity commands.

      Deliverables: Submit your zipped exercise4 -package to MyCourses. Make sure it has a sub-folder for figures called fig and these files: src/reader.py, src/localizer.py, src/commander.py, fig/reader.jpg and fig/localizer.jpg.
