  • WEEK 1: Human perspective

    On the first week, we will introduce the challenge and arrange teams to work in multidisciplinary groups. During this week each team will conduct an initial desktop and fieldwork research to gather inspiration and to identify relevant problems that are worth solving for a specific life event. 

    Contact session 1: 15.09 Introduction to the challenge and service design process
    Introduction to the course and presentation of the project brief.

    Contact session 2: 17.09 Jobs to be done and fieldwork
    Build an understanding of this life event by uncovering people's top Jobs to Be Done (JTBD)


    Assignments

    ·       Arrange a time to conduct one interview and one testing session – DL 17.09

    ·       Find a parallel research example – DL 17.09 

    ·       Interview one person –  DL 22.09

    ·       Document your interview JTBDs using the jobs statement format –  DL 22.09
