AOT in 2020
Advanced Organisational Theory -course consists of a workshop series, jointly organized with Aalto BIZ and Hanken with a common name of "Perspectives on organization".
The course is run by each organizing party with yearly rotation. In 2020, the seminar series is organized by Hanken 2020 (Tuta 2021, BIZ 2022).
The course sessions are held on Fridays between September 9 and December 11, at 9-12. Meetings are held online (or at Hanken, if situation permits). Coursework include active participation in all session, eight short papers (3-4p) based on 5-6 articles of required reading per session + a term paper on the theoretical foundations of your dissertation / research project. An updated syllabus will be distributed closer to the start of the course.
