  • Welcome to the Service Business Strategy - course!

    Warmly Welcome to the course!

    The Course Syllabus for the Summer 2021 - course is now available! The syllabus includes all that you need to know about the successful completion of the course. The course is a hybrid online course that consists of independent self-learning and online group work.  

    Group work includes three online sessions: 

    - KICK-OFF session (03.06.2021, 9-12 a.m.) in which, group work (Lean Service Creation - project) is introduced and participants are divided into groups.
    - WORKSHOP -session (17.06.2021, 9-12 a.m.), Link: https://aalto.zoom.us/j/62771098404 
    - PRESENTATION session (01.07.2021, 9-10:30 a.m.) in which, groups present their work and give feedback to other groups. Link: https://aalto.zoom.us/j/61622803928

    The presentation session schedule:

    Opening words 9:00-9:05

    Group 4: 9:05-9:25 (feedback from group 3)
    Group 1: 9:25-9:45 (feedback from group 4)
    Group 2: 9:45-10:05 (feedback from group 1)
    Group 3: 10:05-10:25 (feedback from group 2)

    Closing words: 10:25-10:30


    Please note, that participation to workshops is highly recommended to successfully participate in the group work! In case of compulsory reason, absence is allowed and possible to compensate with an alternative assignment.
