Welcome to the thesis workspace!
In this workspace you can find useful resources and materials which can guide you through your BSc/MSc/Doctoral theses. Each degree level has its own designated page, however some pages such as "Writing Tips and Resources" are helpful to all.
We will also use this workspace for submitting drafts of theses for comments and the final version for grading. On submission, a Turnitin similarity report is generated automatically. The report shows similarities between the submitted text and sources in the comparison databases. By exposing similar text, the report supports scientific writing, and it helps prevent unintended or intended plagiarism. Read the Aalto University Turnitin instructions, especially the part on how to interpret a Turnitin similarity report.

Once the writing process is over and you submit the final version of your thesis, we will book a meeting where I will give you feedback on the whole process and I will ask you for feedback as well. You are welcome to discuss your future steps and career/study plans with me. I would happy to provide tips.
Before you can submit your work to the appropriate return box in "Thesis versions", 1. enrol yourself to this workspace by clicking Syllabus on the upper right of the page > Self enrolment (login with Aalto account is required) and 2. answer the question below.
