  • Welcome to LC-1112-V14 Online Presentation Skills for Engineers, 2 ECTS (o)

    Due to the current COVID-19 situation, this course is offered fully online, with the practise sessions and final presentations in small groups primarily through Zoom. Depending on the situation, also F2F at Otakaari 1 may be possible. Please make sure you have a working camera and microphone available in the sessions.

    During this course, you will progress through a 6-week process of creating an informative oral presentation of 8-10 minutes, step by step.  In addition to working independently online, there will be two meetings in small groups, the practice sessions and the final conferences.

    Practice sessions and final presentations:
    Place:     Zoom or Otakaari 1 (as agreed with the group)

    • Each student will participate in one of the following practice sessions:
      (Sign up beforehand at Scheduler 1: practice sessions (sign up!)
       Wed 24.11., 15.00-17.00 (Place: TBA)
       Thu       25.11., 9.00-11.00 or 12.00-14.00 (Place: TBA)

    • ..and in one of the two final presentation conferences:
      (Sign up beforehand at Scheduler 2: Final presentations )
          Wed       8.12., 15.00-16.30 (Place: TBA)
          Thu       9.12., 9.00-10.30 (Place: TBA)
