    Welcome to the online Communication Technology Class! This course is designed to help you enhance your professional English written and oral communication skills. More precisely, we will study such topics as problem-solution text pattern, recommendation report and professional presentation.  We aim to:

    • learn about the principles of successful communication 
    • apply strategies to enhance text readability
    • deliver effective presentations
