    Welcome to the course ELO-E1209 ”Image and Sound 2” (Kuva ja ääni 2) which will be held on 23.1.-3.2.2023

    The course starts with the pre-assignment (attached) but we will meet live on Monday 23th January at 9.30 at Otakaari 7 in the lobby and then go either to the Film Mixing room or Kurosawa.

    We’ll go through the schedule when we meet. We will work on-campus between 9.30-16.30 but depending on the assignments and the mutual working process of the future groups, some deviation might occur.

    We will study and explore methods and thinking in creating, developing and producing ideas, common working methods mainly from the perspectives on editors and sound designers. That said, we hope you perceive that perspective as quite wide as deep 😊. The course might lead to artistic work…. but it doesn’t have to.

    We hope you bring an open mind and readiness to invest your focus into the group-work.
