    This is a MSc elective course, which will be arranged in Period II. 

    The main themes of the course include the introduction of procurement (Section 1), strategies (Section 2), interfaces (Section 3), and enablers (Section 4). Teaching and learning methods on this course include introduction to lecture topics, class discussion, individual and group assignments, and exam.

    The course will be arranged on campus only. Each lecture will be recorded, except the group paper presentation on Thursday, and uploaded to MyCourses (NB: learning effectiveness via recorded lectures will be limited). The exam will be arranged online (open book) via MyCourses.
