  • Systemic challenges and changes in the world today

    The global context within which business is set has changed significantly, particularly over the past 50 years. These changes have been systemic and now form part of the landscape and context in which business operates. In this section we’re going to look at three big changes in the current operating environment which challenge the traditional views of the firm.
    These three changes are:
     1. Globalization
     2. Digitalization
     3. Environmental and social challenges
