    Dear Students,

    Welcome to your Agile Project Management Course. My hope is that by the end of this course you have a new appreciation for the subject matter and some new ideas on how to help your project activities going forward.

    My name is Serkan Ceylan and I will guide you through the next 3 weeks. You can find the more detailed syllabus as a file link below. The Syllabus information will help you to find some basic information about the course but make sure to always check this page for the most up to date information and access to your material.  Every guidance for you to succeed in this course will be found here.  

    Let me start by telling you about me. I have studied my Undergraduate and part of my postgraduate degree in Germany before I moved to the UK to study for my MBA and PhD. I work at a business school in the UK and love the interaction with students.  I will tell you a little more about myself during our Synchronized session. 

    I have worked hard to make this course enjoyable (I hope) and challenging so you can grow in your abilities as a student.  

    Last, but not least, please contact me if you have a question about the course. The best way to do this is to contact me during my open office hours. Just tell me during the synchronized session or book via email (sceylan@arden.ac.uk). If you do not receive a response back within the 6-hour timeframe (during working hours), resend the message as it may have gotten lost in cyberspace.
