    • Short introduction

    • First, please follow these steps (if you have not already done so):
      1) Log in to MyCourses from the up right corner.
      2) Self enrol in Pre-Orientation by following the instructions on Syllabuss. Only after you have self enrolled in Pre-Orientation, you are able to make the two choices (choosing your study programme and language of the Pre-Orientation materials) at the end of this page.

    • -Browser: We recommend using Chrome or Firefox to read the materials.
      -Language (MyCourses, not the Pre-Orientation materials): You can change the language from the menu bar on the top right of the page (after logging in, click on your profile at the top right to change the language).
      -Menu and materials: You can see the contents on the menu bar on the left of the page. If you cannot see the menu bar, click on the black logo with lines on the top left of the page. You will see five (5) numbered sections on the menu bar only after you have made the two choices (study programme and language of the materials) at the end of this page.
      -Navigating the materials: Use the menu bar on the left to navigate the materials. Please click on the numbered heading to move to a different section instead of clicking on the subheadings. Otherwise you might miss some of the materials. Please do not use the arrows at the bottom of the pages either, because the arrow leads to next assignment, not to next section.

    • Make the two following choices

    • 1) Choose the study programme

    • Please choose from the below the study programme you have been accepted to. N.B. Be sure to save your selection using the selection button at the bottom of the page.

    • 2) Choose the language

    • Choose below whether you want to read the orientation materials in either Finnish, Swedish or English. If you are an exchange student, or a student accepted in Bachelor’s Program in International Business located at the Mikkeli campus, please choose English. N.B. Be sure to save your selection using the selection button at the bottom of the page.
