    Dear Students,

    Welcome to your Agile Project Management Course. Over the next three weeks, my aim is for you to develop a deeper appreciation for the subject matter and gain fresh insights to enhance your project management skills.

    My name is Serkan Ceylan and I will guide you through this exciting course. You can access the detailed syllabus via the file link below. While the syllabus provides essential information, always refer to this page for the latest updates and access to course materials. All the guidance you need to excel in this course will be available here.

    Let me start by telling you about me. I have studied my Undergraduate and part of my postgraduate degree in Germany before I moved to the UK to study to pursue my MBA and PhD. Currently, I'm  the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business for a UK based University, although I have moved to Germany.  You'll learn more about me during our synchronous session.  I will tell you a little more about myself during our Synchronized session. 

    I have put in considerable effort to ensure this course is both enjoyable and challenging, with the goal of fostering your growth as a student.

    Last, but not least, please contact me if you have a question about the course. The best way to do this is to contact me during my open office hours. Just tell me during the synchronized session or book via email (sceylan@arden.ac.uk). If you do not receive a response back within the 6-hour timeframe (during working hours), resend the message as it may have gotten lost in cyberspace.
