· Assignment 2 (Deed of sale) DL 15.10.2023 at 23.55
· Exam (options 19.10.2023, 12.12.2023, 1.2.2024)

Use the given template to write an appeal targeted to administrative court, concerning a land use plan.
Further instructions are given by Ari Ekroos during lectures on week 39!
Instructions Write an appeal (max 2 pages) to administrative court on planning decision (master plan or detailed plan), that you are interested in (e.g. Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Turku, any other). Choose a viewpoint of company, municipality, authority, neighbor, or other.
Focus on specific theme in your appeal. The theme could be e.g.•building rights
•traffic
•nuisance, pleasantness, aestethics
•parks and other green areas
You will get further instructions from Ari Ekroos on week 38 (lectures 19.&20.9.)!
Deadline Sunday 8.10.2023 at 23.55. Note that late submission will lower your points by 1/starting day.

Instructions
1. Draft a deed of sale for a single family house (real estate), according to the Finnish Code of Real Estate (Maakaari 540/1995). 1 p
2. Draft a deed of sale for an apartment, by following the Finnish Limited Liability Housing Companies Act (Asunto-osakeyhtiölaki 1599/2009). 1 p
3. What are the differences in these transactions that you need to consider as a buyer/seller? 3 pNote that in this assignment, you are not given a template for the agreements. You may use real estate agencies’ deed drafts, but make sure you understand yourself the terms and conditions in the agreement!
DL Sunday 15.10.2023. Integrate your files into one pdf before submitting the assignment. Note that late submission lowers the points by 1/starting day.
You may do this assignment in Finnish or English. -
