    Welcome to the course. 
    The first lecture will be on January 9th, 2024, at 14.15.

    Pre-readings from the freely downloadable ebook:
    During the lectures, the teacher will expand and add depth to what there is in the book on the topic, therefore, it greatly helps the learning process that everyone reads the book chapter ahead of time.
    • Before 9.1. Chapter 2 (to give background) and Chapter 6
    • Before 16.1. Chapter 7
    • Before 23.1. Chapters 8 and 9
    • Before 30.1. Chapters 10 and 11
    • Before 6.2. Chapters 12 and 13
    • Before 13.2. Final session, Q&A, no advance readings
     You can find the book and lecture slides in the Material section. 

    Quizzes:
     On 16.1., 23.1., 30.1., and 6.2., on pre-readings. These determine 20% of the final grade.

    Exam: 
    The exam is based on the book and lectures.
    4 essay questions, the average of the 3 best answers determines the grade.

    Course grading information:
    The grade will be based on the exam (80%) and quizzes (20%).
    For the final grade, this grade will be rounded up if a student has submitted at least 3 of the 6 learning diaries.
