  • Special project course can be taken anytime during the academic year by contacting professors or teachers of Communications Engineering major. 


    The optimal time to do special project is 1st year spring term of your masters studies.

    In fall term there are no lecture. However you can pass the course based on topics provided by one of DICE department professors or lectures. For the topics and project supervision please contact professors or lecturers directly.

    Topics 

    Smart mobility

    In Autumn 2023, we offer several topics related to smart mobility. You would learn to apply basic machine learning for analyzing mobility data, and get familiar with open source traffic simulation tools such as SUMO. You can complete the assignment individually or in a small group. The grade (1-5) is determined based on the results of your assignments. 

    1) First meeting on Sep 8, 12.15-14.00, A142 in CS building. The teaching staff will give an introduction to mobility data analysis and explain the requirements of the assignments.

    2) Q&A sessions (optional, you can come to talk to our teaching assistant if you have any questions)
