    Welcome to the home page of Advanced Project-based Management, autumn 2024 (3 cr)!

    This course covers the application of project management in different types of projects and in different organizations and industries. The course focuses on advanced project management approaches and methodologies in scheduling and managing time in projects, managing risk and uncertainty, buying and selling projects and subprojects, managing innovation projects, and managing stakeholders.

    This project management course consists of 6 online lectures held on Wednesdays (duration around 3 h). Participation in all 6 lectures is obligatory.

    Lectures have pre-assignment(s) that are launched at latest a week before the lecture. The student must submit the pre-assignment(s) to MyCourses before the start of the lecture. The pre-assignments will be graded as passed/failed. There is no pre-assignment related to the first lecture.

    Students also must solve 5 case assignments in groups of 3 persons and submit them before the beginning of the next lecture (i.e., group cases are submitted before lectures 2 - 6).



    The course will be arranged during September - October 2024.

    The first lecture will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, 4th September, from 16:15 - 19:00.
