CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    The course provides an overview of different aspects of the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads. The list includes unpaved and gravel roads and flexible and rigid pavements. The class covers technology for the hot in-place recycling and stationery recycling of reclaimed asphalt. Winter and summer maintenance are also addressed. Pavement management concepts and asset management are discussed.
