Introduction to the following themes:
- Circular economy in building design
- Circular design principles (including adaptive structures, flexible spaces, reversible building design, life cycle approach, building services and their systems, waste hierarchy, cradle-to-cradle design, buildings as material banks.)

Grading scale: pass/fail.
Grading is based on attendance on contact teaching as well as completing required tasks.
