CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    Groups of students design and develop a game of their own. To support the process, weekly tutoring from the teacher is provided and some lectures on relevant themes like game production. Also game idea pitching is part of the course.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    The course is evaluated partly based on the games and partly through a self and peer review process. Also to pass, participation in teaching, completed assignments. Minimum 80% attendance.

Workload
  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    Lectures, Groupwork.

    48h of contact teaching, 114h of independent study and groupwork. (In practice, usually also more group work. You get more credits if you do more work.)
