CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    You will get aquainted with different watercolour techniques that you can apply when you paint with watercolors. You will get to know both the tradition and the contemporary watercolor scene and that will support you to find out what is your way to paint and how you will be able to implement it with watercolors.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Development both in traditional watercolour techniques and their use into contemporary watercolour painting scene. Creativity in possibilities of the technique’s unique expressions.

    Registration:

    Minimum amount of participants is 8 students. Maximum amount of participants is 20 students.  

    Prioritization order for admission is based on the prioritization criteria established by Aalto ARTS:

    After the registration has closed, SISU conducts a raffle to allocate all the seats while considering the possible prioritisation order stated above. If there are more registrants than available seats, ten (10) students from the remaining applicants are drawn and placed on a waiting list in numerical order. On the first day of the course, these students may check for available seats in case of no-shows. Any available seats are then filled in numerical order.
