LEARNING OUTCOMES

You understand how multimedia content delivery is done over the Internet and how content delivery systems work. You can explain the factors that impact the perceived quality of experience (QoE) in a multimedia system, such as a video streaming system. You can design a bitrate adaptation logic for video streaming. You are able to analyze the challenges and solutions pertaining to building immersive and interactive multimedia (e.g., extended reality (XR)) systems.
