After this course, the student can
- Carry out demanding physical measurements according to instructions
- Use different measurement devices
- Apply the theory of quantum mechanics in practice
- Scientifically analyze the measurement results and to present them as tables and graphs
- Write a clear and consistent measurement report following the laboratory work, including uncertainty analysis.

Content

In this course, the students will familiarize themselves with various quantum phenomena by carrying out laboratory excercises and by analyzing the obtained results. The topics of the excercises support and complement the Quantum Technology major of Aalto Bachelor's Programme in Science and Technology.
