Dear All
Thank you for very inspiring negotiation practices and discussions yesterday!
It is time for the second reflection essay, which brings together two leading experts on communication and negotiation in the world.

Erin Meyer is a professor in INSEAD Business School, and her special field of expertise is cross-cultural management and global teamwork. Her article "Getting to yes, si, oui, hai and da" in Harvard Business Review presents her pragmatic perspectives on negotiating across cultures.
With the backdrop of our classroom insight gained, your assignment is to write a ca 1- 1.5 page reflection essay (in .PDF format) on your analysis of the following:
1. Watch the video and reflect what benefits a better focus on listening would bring you in your academic and professional life. Elaborate at least on three perspectives. Furthermore, the video includes several skillfully used communication and presentation techniques, please list and explore at least three that you could put into use going forward.
2. Read the article below and identify three negotiation insights that could be relevant to you. Give examples or otherwise justify why and where you find them applicable.
Looking forward to our final class on Tuesday - time flies with all of you!
