- Create a poster with the software of your choice. There are Aalto templates for at least InDesign and LaTeX. Also check the CS Material bank wiki page.
- Posters should not have background color.
- Create a pdf file of your poster, in the size you want it to be printed (A0). Do not exceed 300 dpi resolution for images in the final size.
- Reduce the size of your pdf file to a maximum of 20 MB (preferably 10 MB). You can also use a cloud-based service for this, see: https://smallpdf.com/
