The assignment includes three parts and requires students to imagine they work for a health authority in British Columbia, Canada. First students are tasked with solving a problem related to the sourcing and delivery of Covid-19 vaccines (macro perspective). Second they have to determine the new location of a vaccine distribution facility (meso perspective). Third student should edesign a Covid-19 testing unit (micro perspective). Students work in groups and create a proposal based on three levels of analysis: macro, meso, and micro. The deliverables include a 5-page report, 10-page presentation slides, and a 10-minute in-class presentation on one solution. Note that, while the case offers most of the needed information required for analysis, the use of additional trusted external sources is encouraged.
