A!Peda Intro (English) - Spring 2, 2018

1. Familiarize yourself with the slides of the second teaching session (see Teaching session 2) AND read the articles given in the previous teaching session. You will find links to the articles in "Teaching session 1".

2. Pick at least one of the topics, read the text, reflect on it and answer the questions that is related to the text: 

1. Do you find some similarities with thinking about teaching -levels on your own thinking? What should you do to get to the level 3, or would you like to? Why or why not?
2. What is important in students' motivation and what would you do to support it? What could we do at the university in order to support students' motivation to study?
3. Deep and surface learning approaches: Have you met students with different approaches to learning (in your classes)? How did you notice their approaches, give some examples. How could you affect on your students' approaches?

The length of the writing is at least one page. Submission DL is 16.5.2018
