First Case study assignment - Return by 7.3
Pick 1 of the following case studies. For each case, write a case report that localizes, adapts and improves the business in question for a named international market of your choice (e.g. "Brazil", "Finland", "Caribbean market", "Scandinavian market excluding Finland"). Structure your answers using the business model canvas (structure below). Concentrate most of your answer on analyzing why adaptation is needed, how the concept needs to be improved and how the business changes in terms of sales and profitability. You are free to use other sources, but this is not mandatory. Return one PDF document per case, so return 1 document in total (keynote or powerpoint, structure below). You case reports will be peer-reviewed, so please no identifiers in the reports.
