MEC-E1001 - Mechanical Engineering in Society, Lecture, 7.9.2021-31.1.2022

Upload a video recording and submit it. The deadline is 5.11.21 at 9 am.  

Prepare a 2-3 minutes video presentation of yourself! 

Describe yourself in an interesting, clear, and concrete way. Here are some questions which may help you: 

• What are you studying and why are you interested in your own field of studies?   
• You can also talk about your work experience and your strengths as an expert of your own field. 
• What are you good at, why? For instance, if you learned a lot from a study or work experience, what did you learn?  
• Language- and communication skills are essential in working life. Please talk about these skills as well. 
• What kind of goals do you have for your future career?  

Do you remember the ANSVA-model? If you want, you can present yourself by using ANSVA.  

A simple video taken with your phone is ok. The main point is for you to practice speaking about yourself. 

In the CV workshop, you’ll need your presentation. You’ll present yourself in a small group and we’ll give you more tools and tips.
