Individual Reflection
Second Individual Assignment – reflective writing (15%)
Your second individual assignment is to write a short reflection on two key things you learned in the course of this module. For each of these, your reflection should cover
- What the key learning or insight is (What?)
- How your learning on this came about (How?)
- Why it is important (So what?)
- How you will use it in the future (Now what?)
The insights may come from lecture material, your interaction within the group, from a discussion in class or from something you have found from the organisation you researched as part of your first individual or your team assignment. Ideally they will describe things that have challenged how you think about a particular issue, or that will change your practice.
You are expected to write in line with the Reflective Writing Guidelines which are posted on MyCourses. Your overall reflection should be no more than 1,000 words in length. Please note: Your reflective learning journal is completely confidential and only visible to you and your module leader. The completed assignment should be uploaded to MyCourses by 23:55 on Friday 13th.
