Epson Textile Print Competition
Topic outline
-
Epson produces two kind of printers for textiles: Ones that print directly with pigment inks (Epson SureColor SC-F2100) and ones that can be used for sublimation printing via transfer paper (Epson SureColor F7200). Both are sustainable printing processes compared to many other printing methods. In this competion it is your task to make sustainable decisions concerning the other aspects of the collection: the print itself and the base material, and the interaction between them.
In addition to the collection (see details in the final submission-instructions) you are asked to write a one page text opening up the sustainable thinking behind your designs.
