    • This course focuses on themes introduced by Prof Esa Saarinen in his Filosofia ja Systeemiajattelu course. However, his course is not a pre-requirement to this one. We discuss life competences, systems intelligence, tomorrow's working life skills (leadership and subordinate skills) and personal growth. This course is worth 3 ECTS.

      Additionally, you meet twice with the teacher to receive individual feedback on your assignments. These sessions are scheduled flexibly during class.
