  • Welcome to the course

    Dear everyone,

    You will find a syllabus with readings uploaded as a pdf file. Some details of how the course will be run will be added later, but it includes the information you will need for now.

    Please read the required text for week one before the first session. It is provided as a pdf under the Materials menu.

    You need to attend and comment on two doctoral defences to complete the course. These need not be from you department, merely relevant to Creative Sustainability. You can explore upcoming events at Aalto here and there are some of possible interest at the University of Helsinki as well, here. (Follow the menus to doctoral defences). You need to do this by the end of the course, though it's a good idea to start as early as you can.
