    Dear Students,

    Welcome to the online Management Communication Class! This course is designed to help you enhance your management communication skills. More precisely, we will dive into such topics as sensitive messages, business proposals and persuasive speaking.  We aim to:

    • learn about theories, strategies and tools for effective management communication
    • test our knowledge via practical tasks
    • become aware of how we can become better communicators
