Topic outline

  • On this course, you will

    • develop your overall writing skills for both academic and business purposes
    • deepen your understanding of language, communication and culture in international business
    • enhance your skills in giving and receiving feedback on your texts

You will get plenty of opportunity to practice writing, reviewing other's work, and revising your own texts. By practicing, you will also learn how to meet the expectations of different audiences, both in business and academia.

90% of your assignments are based on 8 academic journal articles related to language, communication and culture in international business. This means that you need to read and study the articles to be able to use them in your assignments.

Due to the restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the course will be run online.

P.S. If there are more students signing up than the quota of 50, WebOodi makes a random selection.
