  • General

    The course is composed of

    • 8 sessions, every Tuesday from 14:15 until 18:00 except for the automn holdidays.
    • 4 activities including calulcations, article systhesis
    • 1 guided project including simulation with Comsol multiphysics

    After completing this course, you could perform:
    • simulations of vibrations
    • analysis of fault in electrical machines
    • computing magnetic forces and torques
    Your performance will be evaluated with the weekly activities and the report of your project.
    Although there is no final exam, you should expect to spend between 2 to 5 hours of independent work every week.

    The course will be given on site, in Maarintie8, TU3 Wärtsilä - 1171-72.
    Online session could be provided per request.
