Assessment Criteria

The course grade is derived from a blend of collective project tasks and personal inputs.

Group tasks involve a collaborative project, which is shared in the format of a weekly assignment as well as discussed during Friday mentoring sessions.

  • 1 (passable) = The project results and/or procedure display serious flaws with substandard execution and minimal effort.
  • 2 (satisfactory) = The project results and/or procedure reveal shortcomings, indicating that crucial aspects of the learning objectives have not been thoroughly comprehended or acknowledged.
  • 3 (good) = The project outcomes and methods meet the anticipated quality standards and are documented clearly. However, the project lacks insights or originality.
  • 4 (very good) = Besides meeting the grade 3 criteria, the project showcases certain aspects that have been exceptionally executed or conceptualised.
  • 5 (excellent) = On top of satisfying the grade 4 criteria, the project includes elements that are innovative, unique, and creative, and have been carried out with superior quality.
