Dear University Authorities, Professors and Participating Student Teams,
I hope everyone is excellent.

First of all, I want to once again thank you for your interest and commitment in being part of our International Competition, through the participation of your officially registered student teams.

We are very happy, satisfied and proud because, like you, a large number of universities representing the 5 continents of our planet, have accepted and trusted our invitation, enrolling a significant number of teams of architecture and urban planning students, demonstrating with this, your great interest in supporting, from the academy, the process of reconstruction of the City of Irpin, to contribute with new and futuristic architectural and urban ideas to transform it into a more resilient, sustainable, ecological and territorially intelligent city.

Because, both architecture and urban planning are disciplines that can effectively think, design and build hope and a better life for human beings, and we are certain that our International Competition will be a great confirmation of this intellectual premise.

In this way, and as has been scheduled, having already spent a few weeks for the review of the contest background by the student teams, I am writing to inform you that starting next Monday, November 13, the process for the preparation and sending by the participating student teams of their questions and queries related to the subjects of the competition, to ensure a correct and successful development and delivery of each of their architectural and urban proposals.

This process will have a period of 7 calendar days so that each of the student teams can prepare their questions and queries and send them, by this same means, to the email of the Director of the International Contest international.contest@icausirpin.com , until 8pm (CET) on November 20.

Once these questions and queries have been received, the Director of the International Contest and his team will prepare and send their answers and clarifications to all representatives of the student teams, on November 24.

We encourage you from now on to deploy all your creativity, imagination and architectural and urban talent to achieve the best possible proposal.
We look forward to seeing your questions and queries.

All the best for you,

Cristián Alfredo Wittig Grell
