Completion requirements
Always carry an A5/A4 sketchbook during the course!
Papers:
- papers of different sizes, thicknesses, different textures, any random papers for experiments
- good quality drawing paper pad A3
- (There are some papers also available at the classroom).
Drawing tools:
- The set of pencils HB-9B
- Brushes (Different sizes and at least one big and round brush)
- Water-soluble drawing ink (Indian Ink)
- Charcoal
- Chamois (säämiskä), eraser, sponge
- Markers, fineliners and pens of your own choice
- Nib pens (don’t buy beforehand, wait till the teacher will explain in more detail)
Colors – Choose the ones you like:
- Oil pastels
- Acrylic inks
- Watercolors
- Gouache
Optional:
- Wet duct tape for water color & ink painting (liimapaperirulla)
- Graphite pencil, graphite powder
+ Any other papers and drawing tools you already have or want to try
Working clothes and rubber gloves
