  • How do I take care of recovery during the week?  
  • Have I noticed moments when I'm hyper- or hypo alert? 
  • What signs helped me to notice this?  
  • Am I learning anything new about the recovery from the podcast episode? 
  • Is there something that I disagree with the discussion in the episode?  
  • What could be the smallest next step that would help you take better care of your recovery?
