In French, it is possible to use the Present Tense with an expression that clearly place the action somtime in the future :
- Demain, je commence à étudier la grammaire française ! → Tomorrow, I'll start studying the French grammar!
It is also possible to express the future with the Futur Proche, a tense that is normally used for actions or events that will happen for sure at a given (known) time. This tense is however used very commonly in the spoken language, even when another form of future would be considered grammatically correct.
- Demain, je vais faire 10 km de jogging ! → Tomorrow, I'll run 10 km.
The Futur Proche is conjugated this way:
ALLER (présent) + infinitif
Exemple : travailler
Je vais travailler
Tu vas travailler
Il / Elle va travailler
Nous allons travailler
Vous allez travailler
Ils / Elles vont travailler
