The vertical band saw can be used to cut many metals up to approximately 150 mm in thickness.

Before sawing:

  1. Special care must be taken when operating the machine.
  2. Hearing and eye protection must be worn.
  3. You can wear tightly fitting gloves.

Sawing:

  1. Adjust the blade guard high enough so that you can cut the piece, but as low as possible to avoid twisting the blade when cutting.
  2. Adjust the blade speed from the front panel of the saw.
  3. Hold the piece firmly in your hands, support it against the sawing table, and cut.
  4. Clean the workspace after completing your work.
