Suitable materials

1. Hollow material Round 40 x 2 mm. / Square 40 x 40 x 2 mm.
2. Solid material Round 35 mm. / Square 35 x 35 mm.

How to use the machine

1. The machine’s shafts must be fitted with shape wheels in accordance with the profile. The axles are fitted with a bundle of wheels that fills the shaft’s tool arm so that the nut and washer at the end of the shaft tighten the bundle.
2. The starting point for working is when the profile runs between the rollers but does not change yet.
3. The upper roller is tightened by the crank on top of the machine. The pincher roll is driven to the right and left with the foot pedals.
4. When modifying the profile, it is preferable to run the entire length of the piece through the rollers.
5. Side supports can be placed on the driving line so that the profile does not curl to the side. However, the straightness of the bending should be monitored as the work progresses.
